Stress is caused by any number of situations and things we have to deal with every day. This article will identify different things you stressed.
End each day by planning for tomorrow, and when you wake you will feel far less stressed. Lay your clothes out or make your lunch for the next day to reduce the responsibilities that are on your plate the next day.
Take the issues that are causing you out and assign each one a number it from 1-10. One would be a minor problem, and ten is a huge one. This lets you not stress about the small things.
If you keep thinking about something, chances are you will be stressed. Saying the word or thinking the word will cause you to feel more of it, so call it another name!
