Many people may be experiencing depression but are unaware of it. They may think this is just riding out a phrase when it is really depression.
Stop and ask yourself if you have entered into a repeated cycle, becoming more depressed because you gave in to depression before. Bringing up the same negative feelings over and over again will just lead to deeper depression. Look on the bright side of things, and redirect those around you to do the same.
Antidepressants are helpful with balancing out the imbalance of your brain’s neurochemicals. However, these medicines can only work to help you return to normality if you combine them with consistent exercise, therapy and good effort and work on your part.
Look for sources of support wherever it is available and make use of it.
