Don’t have much time for workouts? Split up your exercise time into dual sessions. Do not increase the time you workout, but try to break it into a half. If you cut your work out into half, do the first session early in the day and the second half in the evening. If you break your work out into 3 sessions, do the middle session near lunch time. You can complete one of your workouts at the gym and the other outdoors if you would prefer to avoid going to the gym twice.
