How would you life be if you could eliminate all of the stress you suffer from for good? Unfortunately, that isn’t very realistic, and in some instances, some stress is helpful. It is easy for your stress to get the better of you, that it starts to become a problem.
Number your stress triggers on a scale of one to ten. A very simple issue would be rated at a stress level of one, whereas a level ten would indicate an emergency. This method can often help you to stop suffering from stress due to minor issues.
If you continue to tell yourself that you are stressed, you will only make the sensations even worse. Saying the word or thinking the word will cause you to feel more of it, so call it another name!
