You can make your own reusable sanding blocks. First cut 6 blocks from scrap plywood, one for each grit of sandpaper you like to use. They should be able two and a half inches by four and three-quarters inches. Spray some adhesive on your blocks and on the cork tile. Stick a single block onto the cork and make sure you’re cutting the cork in a flush way using your utility knife. Spray some adhesive on a sandpaper sheet and stick it on each cork block face down. Now cut the sandpaper flush with the cork, and label each block.
