Tinnitus refers to a constant ringing noise that only you can be extremely annoying and hard to handle. It can leave you feeling both exasperated and leave people feeling very upset.
Only give yourself 15 minutes to get to sleep. If you still have not fallen asleep, get out of bed. Make sure not to do any activities that are mentally taxing, or that require you to use a lot of energy. Instead, seek out a relaxing activity to do until you are more tired. By making your bed a “sleep zone only”, you will avoid an unwanted ritual of tossing and turning, instead of sleeping.
