Are you short on time and think you cannot fit in a workout? Split up your exercise time into dual sessions. Try cutting your total work out time into half or thirds. Rather than getting an hour’s worth of running in at once, try half before work and half later in the day. If you would rather not go to the gym twice in a day, try doing just one workout at the gym and then a later session outside or at home.
